I had a junkyard transmission put in with a one year warranty. They made a lot of promises when transmission quit after nine months. They never did honor the warranty. The stringing me along was the worst thing. Takes forever without enough staff.

I recently had the clutch replaced on my 2014 Ford Focus automatic transmission, and Iβm very happy with the results. My car is running again and driving much better. The service was professional, and they did a great job getting my vehicle back on the road. I really appreciate the quality of their work, and the price was very reasonable compared to what other places were charging. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission or clutch repair!

NEVER GO THERE. DIDNT HONOR WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS... GHOSTIMG ME!!!!!!!!!! April 2026 had a transmission replaced. It was leaking. After 3 weeks of contact they had not made plans to have it fixed. Then FOUR WEEKS OF GHOSTING ME. They had ample time and opportunity to honor their warranty but instead did not reply to texts or calls. So I had it repaired and sent them the bill. They immediately contacted me. TOO LITTLE ..... TOO LATE. They said repairs should cost $175 for parts and labor. It is more than that too see what needs to be done. The bill was over $1,300.00. THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME!

My husband and I dropped our car off on 4/24/26 to get our transmission repaired. We were told it would be fixed in ONE WEEK. We then waited a month and called to get an update on the car since we hadnβt gotten a single phone call in a whole month. We were then told that nothing had been done to the car because they were looking for a part. He told us that the part was more expensive than he thought, trying to guilt us I guess? And he told us to give him one week and it would be ready. So one week later we call again and what do you know itβs still not ready. Mind you we are driving a rental at this time and spending an insane amount of money. He said to come pick it up on Saturday (5/30/26) at 2:00. We show up to pick up the car. No one is there. My husband called and he said βoh let me call the guy to see if he can go back and open the shop for youβ then proceeded to not call us back. My husband called again and he said βoh your car is leakingβ weβre clearly frustrated, they have had our car for coming up on 6 weeks. He said to come pick it up on Tuesday now. He proceeded to raise his voice at my husband and say heβs losing way too much money on this job and that weβre LUCKY that

Simply looking out for others needing mechanic assistance. This shop is not worth the stress, time or money. He initially said job would take 2 weeks, it took a month, fine but we were told multiple times a specific day and time to pick up car, showed up, no one knew what was going on and we were given yet another day and time to pick up, showed up, not ready. Got the complete run around. Said he would work with us on payment plans and that he was not worried about the money but when we finally were able to pick up the car, he said no it had to be paid in full. Car now has multiple missing parts, pieces put back incorrectly or broken. Go somewhere else π
